Sunplus Solar is headquartered in Wuhan, a major industrial and logistics hub in central China. We have multiple specialized production lines dedicated to the design, manufacturing, assembly, and testing of integrated solar streetlights, dual-use solar streetlights, solar floodlights, and other luminaires. Our factory is equipped with modern production facilities, an in-house R&D laboratory, and a rigorous quality control system, providing reliable lighting solutions for municipal, commercial, and industrial projects worldwide.

Equipment & Technology

Sunplus Solar invests in up-to-date manufacturing equipment and automation where it improves quality and consistency. Key technology in the workshops includes CNC machining centers, component tester, LED lumen test benches, and environmental test chambers. Our production processes are continuously optimized by data collection and Lean best practices to reduce defects and improve throughput.

Quality Control & Testing

Quality is enforced throughout production — not only at the end. Our quality control program includes:

Incoming material

inspections for solar cells, LED chips, batteries, and fasteners.

In-process checkpoints at critical assembly stages.

Photometric testing (IES files), lumen output checks and color temperature verification.

IP (ingress protection)

simulations, vibration, salt-spray and UV ageing tests to validate outdoor durability.

Battery safety and charge/discharge cycle testing.

Final functional test and burn-in before shipment.

We keep traceable records for batches and can provide test reports for procurement and tendering.

Research & Prototyping Lab

We have a dedicated research and prototyping lab for the development, prototyping, improvement, customization, and pilot production of new products. The team focuses on optical optimization, power management algorithms (maximum power point tracking and dimming solutions), thermal design, and firmware stability to extend product lifespan and improve energy efficiency.

Environmental, Health & Safety

As a responsible manufacturer, our factory adheres to local environmental and occupational safety regulations. We manage hazardous materials, recycling and waste disposal responsibly, maintain clean assembly zones, and enforce PPE and safe-operating procedures across workshops.

Capacity & Custom Projects

Our modular workshop layout lets us handle both steady production runs and bespoke projects. Whether it’s standard All-in-One product lines or custom spec orders for municipal tenders, we can scale production and provide factory acceptance testing, sample qualification, and documentation packages tailored to procurement needs.

Factory Tours & Client Visits

We welcome qualified buyers, engineering teams and procurement auditors to visit our factory by appointment. Tours can include a production walk-through, live testing demonstrations, and access to product test reports. For international visitors, we assist with scheduling and logistical coordination.
